Thinking about going on summer camp for the first time - but nervous? There's no need to be. "Ignition" provides the perfect way to get started!

Ignition offers an action-packed programme of activities. There'll be sports, games, crafts, music (including African drumming) and so much more that by the time your four nights away come to an end, you'll not want to leave! And we'll take a bit of time each day to learn together more about the fabulous God who made us and loves us.

And since we know that for many of you this will be the first time away from home, we've got a high complement of specially chosen leaders who will take an extra-special care of you.

So, what are you waiting for? Come alone - or better still bring a friend. Then stand by for ignition!

The Venue & Accommodation

You're in for a treat! Ignition makes use of a fabulous boarding school with some stunning facilities. There are acres of grounds and parkland, a sports hall, tennis courts and a heated indoor pool.

You'll sleep in a dorm with 4-6 others, and enjoy some tasty cooking in the school's dining room.

Travel Help

If coming by train, then the nearest station is Uttoxeter, though Stafford is also viable. Let us know ahead of time and we can arrange to pick you up, if you wish.

By car we are 3 hours from London, 2 from Bristol, and 1 1/2 from Manchester. The school is located off the B5017, and has a postcode of ST14 8NS.

We'll advise in the weeks before camp as to what time you should aim to arrive.
