Camp XL is both a Limited Company and a Registered Charity.
The Company's board of directors doubles as the Charity's board of trustees.

Helen is Deputy Director, Student Services, at King's College London.

She has a solid experience of working with children and young people, and currently leads the young-teens ministry at an Anglican church in South London.

She has many years experience in running summer camps - both in the UK and overseas - and has a particular passion to see the Bible taught faithfully and engagingly to the next generation.

Formerly Managing Director of Cantate - London's leading printer for the Arts - Ben is now chief executive of Richmond Holidays, the new operator of Mastersun and Masterski Christian holidays.

As well as serving as a trustee of Camp XL, Ben sits on the board of CWR - the Christian publication house founded by the late Selwyn Hughes. Married, and with four children (who have been on 37 camps between them... and counting!) he lives in South London playing an active role in the life of Emmanuel, Wimbledon - not least in all aspects of evangelism.

Simon has hands-on experience of the summer-camp business.

For several years he has been overall in charge of a camp for 11-14 year-olds sponsored by Ventures, the dedicated Anglican summer-camp organisation, and will be doing so again in the summer of 2007.

Gifted in music and Bible teaching, Simon has served on the staff of
St. Helen's Bishopsgate, focusing especially on the many music students attending there. He is married, and lives in South East London.

Until he chose to leave his City career behind, Jeremy was a Managing Director in Deutsche Bank's equities division, working variously in London and New York.

When not busy with Camp XL, he occupies himself managing the fruit of his mid-life crisis - a hotel set in a Marrakech Riad! He has hands-on experience of both leading and serving on residential holidays, as well as in running church-based youth groups, having run a Campaigners Clan for his former church, and a 50-strong Pathfinder group at his current one, Emmanuel Wimbledon. He is married, and lives in South London with his wife and two teenage daughters.
